Prior to submittal of your application for review, a registered surveyor/engineer is required to submit a one-foot (1’) topographic survey of your lot, including the location and sizes of all trees. The engineer/surveyor is also required to show the proposed house on the site, including all tops of foundation, proposed grading, retaining walls, driveways, and other improvements such as decks, patios, playgrounds or pools.
